The Psi Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., in Pearland is sponsoring a Candidates Forum for Pearland City Council and Pearland/Alvin ISD on April 12.
This event will take place at the Tom Reid Library, located at 3522 Liberty Dr. and will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The forum will give candidates for Pearland City Council Position 6 an opportunity to address issues that affect the City of Pearland.
Candidates Adrienne Bell, Terry Gray, Trent Perez and Monica Russo have been invited to participate. An invitation will also be extended to School Board Candidates for both the Pearland and Alvin Independent School Districts.
The Psi Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is a nonpartisan organization, and does not support or oppose any political party or candidate.
