Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved a specific use permit for a private club for The Frisco Bar during Tuesday’s regular meeting.
The Frisco Bar, which opened in 2008, will move sometime in June from its current location on Legacy Drive to Hall Park at 6750 Gaylord Parkway, Ste. 120. New space is 3,633 square feet with outdoor patio space.
The restaurant owners requested a private club permit for the new location because it anticipates it will derive 60 percent or more of its gross revenue on a quarterly basis from the sale or service of alcoholic beverages, as defined in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code.
