The possession, manufacture, storage, sale, handling and use of fireworks are prohibited in the City of Grapevine. Exceptions: When approved by the Fire Chief for fireworks displays. Fireworks includes sparklers, rocket, firecracker, roman candle, torpedo or any other substance in whatever combination used to obtain a visible or audible pyrotechnic display. Fireworks are prohibited in City Parks, open land areas within the City and under certain conditions are subject to confiscation and citations.
