The Bessie Mitchell House at 411 Ball St., Grapevine, is undergoing a complete remodel. The renovations will bring the facility up to accessibility standards, and provide dedicated restrooms for park and garden users as well as additional restrooms for facility renters. The facade of the building will have an updated appearance, and the main entrance will shift to face the parking lot.
