The developer of Flower Mound’s 158-acre River Walk at Central Park is closer than ever to delivering the retail, restaurants and public amenities promised more than a decade ago.
Sarah Dodd, a spokesperson for developer Centurion American Development Group, said the development’s wedding chapel and reception hall are expected to be complete in the spring with the restaurants opening in the summer or early fall. The farmers market and amphitheater will follow in 2020, she said.
“The variety of restaurant concepts that will overlook the scenic river walk along with the chapel inside the development will be a unique addition to Flower Mound that we’ve designed with the residents in mind,” CADG President and CEO Mehrdad Moayedi said. “We are excited to see these projects come to fruition in 2019.”
