How 10 grocery stores in Dallas have changed in the coronavirus pandemic

DALLAS — Coronavirus has forced many changes for Americans, but there’s one thing we still have to leave our homes for — food.

Here’s how 10 grocery stores around Dallas are keeping shoppers safe.

Customers can avoid going inside with a drive-up-and-go area in the parking lot.

If shoppers do go inside the Tom Thumb off Lovers Lane, there are multiple employees wearing masks and wiping down shopping carts. At any service counters, like the checkout, bakery and deli, there are signs on the ground to keep everyone at a safe distance.
