The Grapevine Fire Department Honor Guard is seeking 455 first responders (from all cities) to march on Saturday, September 11 to honor and remember the 343 firefighters, 70 police officers, 9 EMS providers, and 33 flight crew members who perished on September 11, 2001.
Each active-duty first responder will march in their full duty uniforms (full bunker gear for firefighters) from our 9/11 Memorial, located at 1000 Texan Trail to Peace Plaza at Grapevine Main Station at 815 South Main Street.
Each uniformed participant will represent a fallen first responder/flight crew member and will carry the name and photo (which will be supplied to you) of the fallen first responder they are representing. Spots will fill quickly, so please share this with the first responder in your life!
